If your commission does not include complete references, I may not be able to complete the piece as desired. References can include art, photographs, etc. but please note that I do NOT accept genAI images as reference.✦ Once work has begun, I will begin sketching your piece and may ask you for feedback during the sketching stage. All major pose, expression or appearance changes are done during the sketching stage only. Once a sketch has been approved, I will move onto lineart, and/or rendering depending on which style you have ordered.✦ Major additional changes will not be made once the sketch has been approved, unless I have somehow made a huge mistake with your piece. Any requested additional changes are subject to further charges.✦ I will update you with progress of your piece regularly! Once a piece is waiting for your feedback or approval, progress will be paused until I have received confirmation from you to continue, so I ask that you please be consistent with your communication as well.✦ Once the final image has been approved, I will send you a high-res copy of your image at full resolution and can provide additional copies at lower scale. I typically work in large-scale/4K resolution, but can resize and crop your piece as needed. If you're needing variations of your piece (various sizes, crops, with/without backgrounds, etc) please let me know - I'd be happy to accommodate you!

✦ A finished piece is for your personal use only (unless you have paid for commercial licensing). This means you can re-upload the art with credit to me, use as banner images/profile pictures, or any way you want to really - as long as you are not specifically commissioning me to profiting off of the resale of my art (consequential OC design sales are ok as long as you did not explicitly commission me for the purpose of selling a design).✦ Edits of my artwork are NOT allowed - this includes removing my signature, redrawing, tracing, tonal shifting, using genAI with my artwork, etc. Slight modiciation such as image cropping, resizing, desaturating, and very minute tonal shifting is fine.✦ I reject ALL use of genAI and NFTs wholeheartedly & refuse to work with clients who support genAI.
